Nenagh Town centre 2008

This project involved the design of a mixed use Retail/Office/Restaurant dvelopment in the core of the Town.

The proposal also involved integrating with the existing town car park.

The proposed design comprised of a communal building which uses mixed mode ventilation to reduce the primary energy demand of the building. The main concept was to provide a contemporary building which integrated well within the infill site, and to deliver a commercial building which offer a sustainable approach to heating/lighting/cooling.

The proposal was granted planning in 2009
