This project involved the extension of an existing house.

The existing house is a Victorian house surrounded by large mature trees.

The design proposal was devised to ensure the proposed extension maximized the use of some existing outbuildings to the side of the existing dwelling.

The extension aesthetic is restrained and measured to ensure the integrity of the existing house is retained.

The finishes are high spec and comprise of crafted lead and zinc to the roofs, with the walls being comprised of stone and liscannor slabs.

There are 2no bespoke roof windows crafted to allow light to penetrate deep into the rear existing kitchen.

The extension was completed in June 2013.
